Ingredients
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons sugar (use sugar substitute for diabetes)
8 ounces pasteurized liquid egg white
3 tablespoons nondairy frozen whipped topping

Preparation
Combine all ingredients.
Mix until whipped topping melts completely
