Portions: 4 Serving size: 3-1/2 ounces, cooked

Ingredients

3 tablespoons rice milk
5 salt-free soda crackers, crushed
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt-free herb blend (optional)
1 pound ground beef (85% lean)

Preparation

  1. Combine milk and crackers in a bowl and let stand until crackers are soft.
  2. Stir in egg and herb blend; mix well, breaking up crackers if necessary. Add ground beef and mix well.
  3. Pat into 4, equal-size patties.
  4. Grill over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness.
