Breakfast Casserole

Portions: 9   Serving size: one 3″ x 3″ square


8 ounces reduced-fat pork sausage
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup liquid Coffee-mate® non-dairy creamer, original flavor
4 slices white bread, cubed or broken
5 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried chopped onion



  1. Preheat oven to 325 F°.
  2. Crumble sausage and cook in a medium skillet; set aside.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a blender.
  4. Add cooked sausage to mixture.
  5. Pour combined ingredients into a greased 9″ x 9″ inch casserole dish.
  6. Bake 55 minutes or until set. Cut into 9 portions and serve
