Bagel Bread Pudding

Portions: 4      Serving size: 1/4 recipe


nonstick cooking spray
2 medium-sized bagels
1 cup liquid nondairy creamer
1/2 cup low cholesterol egg product
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon



  1. Spray a 1-1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Break bagels into small pieces and place in baking dish.
  3. Mix together nondairy creamer, egg product, sugar and cinnamon together, then pour over bagel pieces. Set aside for a few minutes until the bagels absorb the liquid.
  4. Place in a 350° F oven for 30 minutes and bake until browned on top. Serve warm or cold.
